How it works

  1. Choose the document

    Power of attorney (general, for a car, for representation and more), agreement, statement or another document. We prepare the document text, or you send your own text agreed with the institution or notary in Ukraine.

  2. Pay by card

    If the notary refuses, we refund 100%.

  3. Enter details and a passport photo

    Full names and residence of the principal and the representative, the term. Photo of your foreign passport from your phone.

  4. Work on the text

    The text already has your details. Change it, add or remove the representative’s actions, or upload your own text. Printed on our blanks: every page is coded, so pages cannot be swapped.

  5. Sign at the video session

    Pick a date and time. At the video session with a European notary and an interpreter you sign and write your surname and initials in blue ink.

  6. Post, notarization, delivery

    Send the signed documents to the notary in Europe. The notary certifies them and adds an apostille if needed. Delivery to your representative in Ukraine.

What the form asks for

The form opens after payment. These details go into the text of the document.

  • Principal
    Full name and place of residence.
  • Representative
    Full name and place of residence.
  • Term
    Maximum by default. You can set another one.
  • Disposal of property
    The principal’s RNOKPP (tax number) is required.
  • Gift
    The donee’s name is mandatory, otherwise the power of attorney is void.

What to prepare for the video session

  • Printed blank
    The Notary Link blank with your text, one copy.
  • Foreign passport
    The same one you photographed in the form.
  • Blue-ink pen
    The signature, surname and initials are written in blue ink.

Then we take over

When the original arrives, the notary checks it against the document seen at the video session and certifies the signature. Then the apostille and delivery to Ukraine, if you ordered them.

Is it legally valid?
A licensed European notary certifies the signature and an apostille is added for use in Ukraine. All EU countries and Ukraine are parties to the 1961 Hague Convention.
Whose text goes on the blank?
The text of the chosen document with your details. You can change it, add or remove the representative’s actions, or upload your own text agreed with the institution or notary in Ukraine.
Can pages be swapped after signing?
No. Every page carries the document code and page number, and the notary checks the received original against the document seen at the video session.
Do I need a translation in Ukraine?
An institution in Ukraine may require the apostille translated into Ukrainian. The certified translation of the apostille is done in Ukraine and is added as an option during the order.
What if the notary refuses?
We refund 100% of what you paid.
Is my passport data safe?
The photo goes to a secure server and is used only to identify you at the video session. The data is encrypted.
